Job Description | ■■Manufacturer of precision mold parts and jigs/fixtures■■ ■■A job that involves creating things from scratch based on ideas■■ A jig is an auxiliary tool used in manufacturing plants and other facilities to fix workpieces in the same position, enabling uniform production. We manufacture essential parts for Japanese manufacturing. ✅ There are business trips to Aichi Prefecture. Meetings at client sites are usually attended by one person from the trading company or sales representative and two members from the same department. As our main clients are located in Aichi Prefecture, there are business trips to Aichi Prefecture about twice a month (we have a branch office). These trips involve meetings with clients and on-site inspections. Staff members with families also work in a way that allows them to "work in Aichi Prefecture during the latter half of the week and return home on Friday" and "spend weekends with family." ✅Training and support system in place: We provide support based on your skill level and preferences. ✅ Manufacturing that fulfills customer needs: The products we create help our customers improve their products and services. "We have many inexperienced staff members, so something simple would be best." "Since space is limited, I want to be creative with how I utilize my workspace." Salary | Monthly salary 265,000 yen~ [Monthly salary breakdown] Basic salary 255, 000 yen Housing allowance: 10,000 yen *Preferential treatment will be given in accordance with regulations, taking into consideration age, educational background, and work experience. |
